Though we try to package our glass coasters very carefully, we are unable to replace any broken in transit due to personalization set up costs. Setup Fee: A $35 setup fee is added to each personalization request for this item for creation of the artwork and design plates. Custom designs, personalization or color variations within the same order may incur separate setup fees.
